1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Noctave Labs Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202617783Z), a private limited company incorporated in Singapore ("we", "us", "our"), collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the IntentLock mobile application ("App").

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We collect only the minimum data necessary to provide and improve the App.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide

• Daily goals: The text of the goals you enter each day. This data is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to our servers.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Usage data: Streak counts, goal completion rates, and awake-hours settings. This data is stored locally on your device.
• Subscription status: Your subscription plan and status, managed by RevenueCat. RevenueCat may collect an anonymous user identifier, purchase history, and device type to process subscriptions.
• Crash and performance data: If the App crashes, anonymous diagnostic data (device model, OS version, crash logs) may be collected to help us fix bugs.
• Advertising & attribution events: App events — installs, app opens, and subscription/purchase and onboarding actions — along with basic device information sent by the TikTok SDK. We share these with TikTok to measure the performance of our advertising and to attribute installs and subscriptions to the TikTok ads that led to them.

2.3 Information We Do Not Collect

• We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or other personal contact information through the App.
• We do not collect information about which apps you use or how you use your device outside of IntentLock.
• We do not collect location data.
• We do not use the advertising identifier (IDFA) and do not track you across other companies' apps and websites. Ad attribution uses Apple's privacy-preserving SKAdNetwork, which reports results in aggregated, anonymous form.
• We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share limited app-event data with TikTok solely to measure our advertising, as described below.

4. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services:

• RevenueCat: Manages in-app subscriptions. RevenueCat processes purchase data through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. See RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.
• Apple App Store / Google Play Store: Processes payments for subscriptions. Subject to Apple's and Google's respective privacy policies.
• TikTok: We use the TikTok SDK to measure the performance of our advertising and to attribute installs and subscriptions to the TikTok ads that led to them. TikTok receives app events (installs, app opens, and subscription/purchase and onboarding actions) and basic device information. We do not share the advertising identifier (IDFA), and attribution relies on Apple's privacy-preserving SKAdNetwork. See TikTok's Privacy Policy.

Aside from the TikTok advertising measurement described above, we do not use other advertising SDKs, analytics trackers, or social media integrations.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your daily goals and usage data are stored locally on your device. We do not operate servers that store your personal content.

Subscription data is managed by RevenueCat and the respective app store platform, using industry-standard encryption and security practices.

While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, no method of electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data Retention

Goal data is stored on your device and resets daily as part of normal App functionality. Historical streak data is retained on your device until you uninstall the App or clear the App's data.

Subscription records are retained by RevenueCat and the app store platforms in accordance with their respective retention policies.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Delete your data by uninstalling the App (which removes all locally stored data) and contacting us to request deletion of any remaining records.
• Withdraw consent by revoking device permissions or uninstalling the App.
• Data portability — request a copy of your data in a structured format.

EU and California residents: Sharing app-event data with TikTok for advertising measurement may be considered "sharing" under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and a disclosure of personal data under the GDPR. You have the right to opt out of this sharing. To opt out, or to exercise your rights to access, delete, or restrict processing of your data, contact us at [email protected]. You can also limit ad tracking through your device's privacy settings.

8. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

9. International Data Transfers

Subscription data processed by RevenueCat may be transferred to and stored in countries outside your country of residence, including the United States. RevenueCat applies appropriate safeguards for such transfers in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy within the App or on our website, with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
